About Me
I am an experienced supervisor, manager, and social services practitioner who is passionate about helping people do meaningful work in sustainable ways.
My supervision style is reflective, collaborative, and supportive. I offer a confidential space to think through challenges, explore ideas, strengthen professional practice, and reconnect with what matters most in your work.
My background includes work in counselling, addictions, family violence, restorative justice, community development and working within faith-based organisations. These experiences have shaped my understanding of both the rewards and the challenges that come with supporting others.
In my clinical work, I have drawn on person-centred, solution-focused, narrative, and motivational interviewing approaches. These perspectives continue to influence my supervision practice, supporting collaborative, strengths-based conversations focused on reflection and professional growth.
Alongside supervision, I also draw on coaching, mentoring, and ADHD-informed approaches where these are helpful to the work we are doing together.
